1. Is Mesa's Haunted Experience scary?
Mesa Haunted House Experience is a stormy night, like no other... the rain is only moments away; the full moon is glowing orange; The werewolves are howling and the Vampires are scratching at your window. Of course, lets not forget about the Body Collectors preparing to take your measurements for their next coat. So pleasant dreams until we see you at our haunt...2. Is Mesa's Haunted House Experience too scary for children?
Mesa's Haunted House Experience is not recommended for children under the age of 10, but it really depends upon the child. We leave the decision up to the parents. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, NO EXCEPTIONS. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed on the premises at any time. Please remember that no refunds will be given at any time, for any reason.3. Is Mesa Haunted House handicap accessible?
No. We are sorry, but there are several stairs, very narrow hallways and un-level floors. Plus, you never know where the collectors are going to appear... maybe even a floor!4. Is the tour through Mesa's Haunted Experience guided?
No! The tour through Mesa's Haunted Experience is self-guided. You make your way through the terror and mayhem alone.back to top
5. How long does it take to go through Mesa's Haunted Experience?
Imagine the hair standing up on the back of your neck for no reason. How fast can you run? Our Bone Collectors are fast, but you will feel like it is in slow motion.6. What happens if I get too scared to complete the tour through the attraction?
There are NO chicken exits located in our attraction. There are four exits throughout the house for emergency purposes only. You enter the house at your own risk and will not be allowed to exit the attraction. NO REFUNDS will be issued.7. Will the actors try to touch us?
Plain and Simple: Do not touch our actors or props! This works two ways. Touch nothing and nothing will touch you! Our actors are trained not to touch any customer for any reason. Sometimes accidents do happen, but touching is never intentional.8. Is security provided?
Yes! We have a fully trained security staff that monitors the attraction, queue and parking areas. There is at least one armed off-duty police officer on site at all times.back to top
9. Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the box office. The box office is located at the haunt. Or you may Purchase Tickets Online NOW!10. Do you take checks & credit/debit cards?
We do online! Purchase Tickets Online NOW! We DO NOT AT THE GATE! Please stop off at an ATM on your way. Thanks for your understanding!11. Do you offer group discounts?
No! Unfortunately we are unable to offer group discounts. However, money raised will be donated to the City of Mesa playground fund.12. Can I bring a flash light?
Absolutely NO flashlights, glow sticks, cameras, or cell phones will be allowed. Leave these items in your car. If you have them in line you will be asked to leave the line return the items to your car and then return to the end of the line. If you sneak one in the House you will upset the collectors and they will then add you to their victim list and you and your group will be asked to leave with no refund.back to top
13. Can we be denied entry?
If you have been drinking or you are suspected of being under the influence of any drugs any of our staff members can refuse entry. If you are disruptive or a cause a potential safety concern we will refuse entry and/or remove you from the attraction at anytime by an on site law enforcement officer. We take the safety of our actors and patrons very seriously and if you are determined of suspected to be a problem for us, we will ask you to leave.14. If one person is asked to leave in your group do you all have to leave?
YES you will. We expect you to be responsible for one another. We have security throughout the building and cameras to help the bone collectors find their next victims. The collectors always take all of the group so there are no witnesses.15. What you can/cannot wear?
Absolutely no high heels or open toe shoes allowed. It is cold outside, so please wear/bring proper clothing.16. What if it rains?
What a beautiful night; thunder & lightning, it's raining, the wind is blowing and the wolves are howling... OKAY, We'll keep you dry!back to top
